Ritter "R150" Line Boring Machine
Two (2) Rows of drill heads, each with (75) gear-driven spindles on 32 mm centers, center distance adjustable from 5" - 22" with digital display; designed for single-pass shelf hole boring of wall units
Equipped with: (6) 3 HP Induction motors, each motor drives one of the (6) 25-spindle boring heads (13-RH & 12-LH spindles each head), 1,725 RPM spindle speed
2 HP DC Feed motor raises-and-lowers table via (2) 5,000 Lbs. ball screw jacks, table feed stroke adjustable from 0" - 3"
Complete with: (8) Spring hold-downs and 108" long back fence with (4) adjustable stops; 108" long x 30" wide table, proximity switch drill depth adjustment, triple linear bearing head adjustment.
Foot pedal activated 10-sec drill cycle; microprocessor-based electronic control system and magnetic motor starter
