Mac "144MRAA494" Dust Collector - Bag House - 200 HP Fan

64,000 CFM @ 8.9:1 Air-to-cloth ratio, 7,163 sq-ft of filter area in a walk-in plenum.

Baghouse Capacity: (494) Filter bags; 144" long x 5" dia.; 168" shell dia. constructed of 7 ga. carbon steel containment; one piece body all welded construction.

(1) Floor mounted 200 HP TEFC motor 1785 RPM with up-blast arrangement, unitary base, flanged inlet & outlet, motor; (1) 5 HP PD pump for bag cleaning.

1 HP Direct drive explosion proof gearmotor for distribution arm, surge tank, pneumatically controlled firing mechanism activating the diaphragm valves.

Cone shaped hopper (not for storage) attached to MAC.

Rotary Air Lock

Outside piping to collector, caged ladder from top of stand to plenum, support stand & enclosed ladder, 'Allen Bradley' Electrical control panel with Soft Start for the large motor.
