Automatic magazine coil & strips, 3 mm PVC cap. pneumatic guillotine for coil cutoff.
Pressure section with (1) large dia. drive roller & (1) idle.
Double-motor end trim (tilting 0° - 10°), 0.5 HP - 18,000 RPM motor each.
Top & bottom trim (chamfer 0 - 15°), 0.8 HP - 18,000 RPM motor each.
Top & bottom glue scraper unit , with air jets for blow-off.
Top & bottom buffing unit "1940" (tilting cap. 0 - 5°), 0.2 HP - 1,400 RPM Motors each.
