Weinig "Unimat 23 E" Moulder - 5-Head & Feeder

(5) Heads, (B-R-L-T-B), working capacity 9-1/16" x 6" profiling. 

Bottom 15 HP, right & left by 20 HP, top 15 HP and bottom 15 HP motor. (motor size is typical but not verified).

Spindle dia. 1-13/16 with cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM; mechanical digital readouts on spindle adjustments for both axis, radial adjustment only on 1st bottom head. 

Motorized feed beam adjustment with independent adjustment of top heads, receding chip breakers on left and top heads. 

Tool cutting circles of 8-7/8", table plates adjustable to the cutting circle on vertical spindles with axial adjustment of 3-1/8" for multiple profiles.

Feed motor10 HP, variable speed from 18 - 118 FPM, overhead feed wheels with pneumatic pressure; (2) powered rollers in machine table.

Infeed straightening table is 2 M (6-1/2') with adjustable fence & adjustable outfeed table; side pressure roller mounted to infeed table. 

Central lubrication, full sound/safety enclosure and manual bed lubrication pump.
