Vector "Revolution 180" CNC Contour Edgebander - NOT WORKING
6' x 12' table
The Vector Revolution 180 is truly innovative because of its simple operating logic. In one continuous process, the machine applies edgebanding to shaped components and also trims and scrapes at the same time. The Revolution can operate in two 4′ x 6′ zones for processing small to large parts. With cycle times under two minutes, the contour edgebander consistently produces quality parts, including 360 lap joints. The patented process is controlled by a simple and intuitive interface that doesn’t require CNC programming. The Revolution functions as a dedicated edgebander in the same way as existing throughfeed edgebanders operate, allowing manufacturers to leverage the capacity of their existing router. By complementing current processes, the Revolution fits easily with traditional manufacturing methods as well as with nested-based manufacturing
