 Equipped with: (12) Independent vertical boring spindles forming an L-configuration with (7) spindles on the Y-axis & (5) spindles on the X-axis. A total of (3) units for horizontal opposed boring, (2 + 2) along X and (1 + 1) along Y to perform horizontal drilling on the 4 panel sides; grooving saw in the X axis. 

(1) 10 HP (7.5kW) HSK-F63 electrospindle, programable rotation speed 1,000 - 20,000 RPM. RH and LH programmable rotation; 12-position rotary ATC tool changer for on the fly ATC. 

 (8) panel support rails with (4) vacuum cups per rail; (8) lifting bars for panel loading / unloading, 52.36" (1,330 mm) long. (8) back stop pins, 2 side stop pins, (2) central stop pins, (8) 25" X 25" phenolic panels to create 4' x 8' flat table.
