CNC Bore Glue & Dowel Inserter with automatic step-by-step, boring, glue injection & dowel insertion into panel components, drawer parts, chair pieces at random spacing.
Work Capacity: 20 mm - 1,245 mm (0.75" - 49") panel length, 100 - 1,200 mm (4" - 47.2") panel width, 12 mm - 60 mm (1/2" - 2-3/8") max. material thickness, max. drilling height, 35-mm (1-3/8"), max. boring depth 28 mm (1-1/8"), standard for 8 mm dia. and 30 mm long dowels.
Positioning speed of all working units at 160 MPM (97 FPM), boring & insertion capacity up to (60) dowels/Min.
(2) Independent work zones; (1) side can be processing while the other is being unloaded & loaded.
(1) Horizontal Boring Unit (2 drills), 6,000 RPM & powered by 1 HP motor.
(1) Dowel Insertion Unit with high pressure glue pump, patented "KOCH ELC" Electronic Glue Detection System special patented glue injection unit & dowel inserter head.
(4) Adjustable dual-action clamping cylinders (vertical/horizontal) for horizontal or vertical drilling of work-pieces.
(2) Fixed fences (RH & LH side) with (1) @ sensor confirming work-piece in place.
