Omga "T 520 NC" Automatic Programable Optimizing Cut-off Saw
Automatic programmable cut-off saw for wood optimizing and defecting. A reading station detects the operator’s defect markings and then transmits corresponding signals to the computer which can store cutting lists of up to 20 lines with the relative quantity of pieces. Cutting lists can be input direct from the NC keypad.
It is possible to perform predetermined cutting sequences like: without defecting, optimization without defecting, or combined defecting and optimizing, using the various programs available.
The t 520 NC computer can perform seven working programs to execute as many cycles; moreover, the system provides constant updates of the following information:
-Stock in cubic meters, required to produce the number of pieces in each list.
-Number of pieces required for each length
-Amount of stock in cubic meters divided into:
-firstgrade pieces.
-second grade pieces.
-pieces for finger jointing.
-off cuts.
-cubic meters required to produce remaining pieces.
The system can also perform cutting simulation on the chosen material to check compatibility in terms of length and quality, thereby limiting the percentage of waste and allowing the user to decide whether to use the chosen stock for the required production or change it.
Infeed roller conveyer is 13’ long. Outfeed belt powered conveyer is 5’ long.
