(2) Large dia. Rubber covered feed rolls powered by 1HP Motor, upper beam with traveling router for hinge pockets, 2HP lock set boring unit.
Equipped With:
Beverler/Sizer: Power-fed 5 HP beveler, used to size and bevel doors to the desired width; cutterhead rotates in the same direction as the door is moving for a perfect climp cut; dual edge relief routers automatically adjust for different door thicknesses and ease the edge of the door for a smooth factory finish. Door width adjustment up to 1″ in bewteen stanard widths, accomodates doors with raised molding on either side. Production Capacity up to (30) doors per hour. This medium-duty production machine is perfect for start up operations and custom door facilities. Designed for easy operation with simple changeovers for minimal down times. Equipped with the stadard options for wood doors; Lock Bore, Latch Bore, Hinge Mortise and Latch Mortise.
