Weinig "Profimat 22N" Moulder - 5-Head

5-Head, 9-1/16" x 4-11/16" cap.

Bottom 10 HP, Right & Left by 15 HP motor, Top 15 HP, Bottom 10 HP motor (typical - not verified)

Spindle adjustments with "DigiSet" dual digital readout for quick manual setups.

WEINIG "ATS" automatic tool setting, programmable outboard left & top spindles adjust automatically, keypad entry for radial & axial adjustments with LED displays for both heads. 

1-1/2" Dia. spindles at 6,000 RPM; motorized feed beam, 77" Straightening table.

Carden feed drive (chainless feed system), variable feed speed 20 - 70 FPM, powered by a 4 HP motor, (1) driven outfeed roller in bed.
