2-Headed Automatic Drilling and Hinge Inserting Machine. The left drilling and inserting station is fixed.
The right drilling and inserting station is easy movable in length direction on profile bearing guides with pneumatic locking and can be controlled by scale and 3 program - stops.
Working width between the stations: min: 180 mm (4.6"); max: 1,550 mm (61")
(2) Adjustable Drilling heads with (4) spindles located along the X-axis located on linear bearing guide ways.
Travel Speed max. 246 FPM (75 MPM); Cycle time for drilling & insertion are approx (4) Sec.
Spindle speed 3,400 RPM with a 10 mm shank dia.; magazine hopper holds approx. (35) KD fittings.
Side stops & boring depth settings by mechanical digital counters.
Drilling and inserting station movable with pneumatic locking.
Drill head, magazine, inserting die incl. 1 Exhaust device, Ø 100 mm, 2 HP (1,5 kW) motor
4-Spindle-drill head (pitch according to hinge model)
