(8) Vertical hold-down cylinders for horizontal part processing.
Dowel driving & horizontal boring integrated into (1) station; the dowel driving unit is located alongside the boring station; both units are mounted on (1) support.
Doweling Station includes:12" Dia. x 3" D Vibrating hopper; insertion head & dowel driving with air impulse.
Glue valves controlled individually at control cabinet, central adjustment for the amount of glue by means of digital timer.
GANNOMAT production software; 15" color touch-screen monitor interphase, USB drive, bar code capable.
