25 HP top & 20 HP bottom head motors: belt-driven

Helical spiral cutterheads @ 6,000 RPM; each head features (6) rows of 4-sided carbide inserts; 30 x 12 x 1.5 mm insert knife dimension.

Variable feed speeds from 23 - 52 FPM powered by a5 HP motor; 

(2) Sets of 4" dia. upper pneumatic tensioned rollers, (1) 4" dia. powered top outfeed roller, (1) non-powered 4" dia. bed roller & caterpillar feed chain system with an auto-adjustment device to prevent damage due to improper tension.

Power raise and lower of table guided by (4) gib-guided post screws via a1/2HP motor. 

Control panel with push button controls and LED readouts for height & speed adjustments. 

Emergency stop button on feed control.
