Working Capacity "X" Axis is 125" (3,175 mm), "Y" axis is 49" (1,245 mm), "Z" axis stroke is 12.6" (320 mm);
Max. programmable speed for "X" & "Y" axis is 328 FPM (100 MPM), "Z" axis 85 FPM (26 MPM);
"X" axis travel on high precision prismatic STAR guides & ground helical rack, "Y" & "Z" axis travel via hardened ground ball screw.
(6) Support rails, adjustable vacuum pods, laser positioning system for quick positioning of pods and with value input from controller according to part size and machining required.
(2) Independent working areas with double boring stop unit and equipped with pneumatic pin stops, pin stops locate in the rear of the machine & pin stops locate in the front of the machine. Stops can be fitted with "quick fit" mushroom clamps for clamping of small or awkward shaped parts.

Emergency stop rope & pressure sensitive safety mats that will instantly place machine in "pause cycle" when stepped on; sound absorbing protective head enclosure with debris curtain around bottom edge.
