Multicam "MT513 PRO" CNC Router - Flat Table

60" x 156" Moving table, stationary bridge machine in a front-to-back configuration with a 1" thick Phenolic table top machined with multiple vacuum zones, designed for high pressure and high volume vacuum applications. 

(1) 11 HP HSK-63F Type ATC spindle, 8-station traveling tool carousel, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 24,000 RPM. 

2-1/2 HP Boring block motor, (6) vertical spindles in X-axis, (1) vertical spindle in Y-axis for a total of (7) vertical boring spindles 

All axes ride on precision profile guide ways and incorporate brushless AC Servo motors driving class 5 precision ball screws for 2,500 IPM max. positioning feed rate, and 1,600 IPM max. cutting speeds at tolerances of +/- 0.002". 

MULTICAM PC Based CNC controller with a keypad interface for ease in jogging & setting parameters, feed rate, and spindle override on the fly; hot keys for repetitious functions.
