SCMI "Topset XL" Moulder - 6-Head - ATS
6-Head (B-R-L-T-T-B), working cap. 9-1/16" x 6-1/4". - Head sequence: Bottom 18 HP, right 12 HP, left 12 HP, top 30 HP, top 30 HP and bottom 18 HP motor. Spindle brakes on all motors. (HP typical but not verified).
Spindle dia. 1-13/16" with cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM. Pneumatic clamping of spindles 2,3,4,5 and 6 to facilitate quicker changepver.
Electronic LED readouts on all spindles except the 1st bottom spindle. Equipped with: "SET-UP" Rapid setting system of left and top spindles for repetative and accurate setting.
Pneumatic pressure to all chipbreakers for left and top spindles. Multiheight pressure shoe adjustment for second top head for profiles .
Feed System: 9 HP feed motor with variable feed speed from 19 - 118 FPM with inverter drive. (3) table rollers in the machine tables.
Manual table lubrication. Infeed table 2M (6'6") infeed straightening table with adjustable fence and side pressure roller mounted at infeed. Hand held remote box for setup. Centralized lubrication from the front side of the machine.
Installed tooling included.
