Gannomat Elite 25 Semi-Automatic Dowel / Boring / Glue & Insert Machine — 25-spindle horizontal boring head (32 mm on-center), powered by 3 HP motor. Includes 6–8 dowel-insertion units (standard for 8 mm dowels), pneumatic hold-down clamps, glue injection system with stainless steel glue and water pots, and precision side-fences with mirror function for left/right work. Supports dowel diameters ~8 mm (other sizes optional), dowel lengths 25–50 mm, with adjustable dowel projection (5–25 mm). Adjustable drilling depth / position via digital counters, selectable operation modes (drill only, glue & insert, or drill + glue + insert). Fast cycle — approximately 4 seconds per panel; machine weight ~2,100 lb. Ideal for cabinetry, casework, furniture for high-volume, repeatable dowel joinery.
