5' x 12' Bridge style gantry machine; working area cap. - X-Axis is 3,700 mm (145.7"), Y-axis is 1,550 mm (61"); Z-axis stroke of 185 mm (7.3"); max. material thickness is 3.9" (100 mm). 

The head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes; positioning speed in X- & Y-axis is 345 FPM (105 MPM); Z-axis is 66 FPM (20 MPM). 

User-Friendly MATRIX grooved Phenolic vacuum table: The working field can be accessed with all processing units without restriction; (16) pneumatically lowerable workpiece stops, including electrical surveillance of lower cylinder position. 

Boring unit with: 3.6 HP (2.7 kW) Motor, programmable variable speed from 1,500 - 7,500 RPM; (10) independent vertical spindles; 

(1) 12 HP (9 kW) High speed constant duty, variable speed electro spindle Router, HSK F 63 adaptor;

NC controlled C-axis for 360° horizontal processing; programmable from 1,250 - 24,000 RPM, RH or LH rotation (not verified)
