Cefla "2M Conveyor" Infeed powered belt conveyor,

Cefla "Smart Coater SP1" Roll Coater

  • Combined roller machine usable as roller coater or for low-density fillers to apply porous woods, paper and irregular finger joints. The doctor roller is able to move in the opposite direction, which enables an exact adjustment of the lacquer's quantity. The smoothing roller presses the workpiece with an equal level of more than 100 kg (according to the manufacturer 800 kg).
  • Working speed of 5–20 m/min and can handle workpiece widths up to 1,350 mm and thicknesses up to 100 mm.

Cefla "UV-R SP M2/3500/SCR" UV Curing

  • The particular shape of the lamp parabolas focuses the UV ray beam at the same point of the panel, allowing to reduce significantly reducing the number of lamps needed to dry the paint and avoiding the dispersion of rays, also guaranteeing significant savings in terms of space and energy consumption.
