The Donaldson Torit ECB-1 (Environmental Control Booth) is a specific model of a self-contained cartridge dust collector used to provide a clean environment for workers within a booth structure. It does not typically come as a standalone 1-inch unit (the "1" in ECB-1 refers to the model series); rather, it is a complete system.
Rated at 4,500 CFM @ 3.3:1 Air-to-Cloth ratio with a 5 HP blower/motor (each)
Cloth area 1,356 Sq./ft. from (6) cartridge filters (used) with louvered doors.
Unit includes: Reverse pulse jet cleaning, motor starter, pulse control timer board, and pressure gauge.
(6) Round Cartridge Filters, fire retardant.
Motor starter and disconnect.
Great for removing fine airborne dust from multiple sources. Recirculates clean air, eliminating the need for costly make-up air and requires no ductwork.
Modular, compact design permits proper sizing for each application.
