CNC Factory "Python XPR" CNC Router - Load/Unload Cell
5' x 10' single table, phenolic table is machined with a square "MATRIX" grid pattern for fixturing parts, electronically controlled select-able vacuum zones, pneumatic pop-up pins for manual and automatic material placement. Machine is 174" L x 106" W x 100" H, dimensions for infeed and outfeed listed below.
X-axis 122" (3,099 mm), Y-axis 62” (1,575 mm) , Z-axis stroke is 12" (305 mm), X & Y-axis 233 FPM (71 MPM), Z-axis 82 FPM (25 MPM), closed loop AC Servo drive system driving precision helical rack & pinion in "X" & "Y" axis & ground ball screw in "Z" axis, all axes ride on extra large precision profile linear guide ways.
One (1) 12 HP "HQD" electrospindle with ISO 30 adaptor, quick change, 1,000 - 24,000 RPM, (1) 12-position automatic tool changer (ATC) mounted on the head for "on the fly" tool changes, touch-off device mounted at front of table. Pneumatic duct collection blast gates. Sound enclosure.

Auto unloading system with pusher arm (rake), integrated dust collection, bottom-mounted dust plenum on outfeed, automatic dust blast gates, centralized lubrication system.
Infeed scissor lift: 120" x 64" x 36", 17" - 36" lift height (w/o pit), hydraulic pump, photo-eye auto adjustment, foot pedal control.
Outfeed powered belt: 140" x 72" x 40", dust extraction at beginning & end of belt.
Separate control cabinet with: "SYNTEC 4E 21” graphic industrial control center with hand held controller, 48" L x 22" W x 70" H
