Weinig "Rondamat 960" Straight Knife Grinder

For straight knives heads, ground in the cutterhead. Solid spindle carrier with precise guides for the concentricity below 0.0002". 

Grinding Wheel: Diameter 5-29/32" min. to 8-7/8" max. grinding wheel bore - 60 mm.

Variable Frequency Controlled Drive giving a spindle speed - 1,500 to 3000 RPM; 1.5 HP Motor.

Coolant pump flood works for cooling of the grinding wheel at the cutterhead with 1.2 HP pump with tank cap. of 13 gallon. 

Grinding table with precision roller bearings for manual and automatic operation. Ball threaded spindle drive for table and variable for depth grinding.
