Sasso "Revolution" Stone Edge Profiling Machine
The Revolution is a vertical profiling machine capable of flat polishing and producing a variety of decorative edges that are polished to perfection. The user-friendly touch screen allows easy programing of the various profiles. The Revolution is a unique blend of flat polishing and toroidal edge technology. This combination of 6 toroidal polishing spindles and 5 flat polishing spindles is optimized for processing eased edges at incredible feed rates (18-24 IPM) with a very small aris. When you purchase a Sasso, you are purchasing a machine that is engineered to stand the test of time. Hot galvanized frame work to the highest quality components reduces corrosion and insures long machine life.
The machine can process 20 mm - 60 mm stone. The maximum radius that this machine can produce is 3 0mm. The feed rate varies from 4 inches to 6 feet per minute depending on the material being processed.
The REVOLUTION has the spindles you need to produce with speed and accuracy. 1. One constant calibrator/rectifier spindle 2. Two beveling/pre cut spindles that are set at 45 degrees 3. Six tordial edge polishing spindles that articulate on a rocking arm. Position one is mechanically regulated for diamond tools. 4. Five micro-oscillating flat spindles for rapid eased edge processing.
