Edge thickness cap. 0.4 - 8 mm (5/16") , panel thickness of 8 mm - 50 mm (5/16" - 2"), Min. panel length 160 mm (6-3/8") & 65 mm (2-1/2") min. width.
Line control (NO limit switches) for workstation function; signal infeed light to insure proper spacing between panels.
Height adjustment with top pressure beam for all workstations, equipped with digital height indicator.
Power Control PC 20+ Control with: 13-1/2" VGA Screen, 8 MB IDE flash disk, 8 MB RAM, internal Modem for remote diagnostic link.
(2) Motor Pre-Milling Unit with: (2) 3 HP motors (12,000 RPM) to clean-up potential chipped edges.
Quick heat-up glue system (approx. 12 Min) w/quick change glue tank for maintenance & glue color change.
Glue temperature indicator for both the glue pot & glue roller with LED thermostat, automatic temperature setback if the machine is idle for (15) Min or more.
The glue applicator roller is reversible & retractable from the fence line.
Automatic magazine for strip & coil (large 800 mm dia. coil table to accommodate large coils of 3 mm PVC) stock, 3 mm PVC guillotine,
