Carlson "Promax 1000" Door Clamp / Nailer

Clamps, squares, and pins cabinet doors, ideal for low-volume cabinet Door Manufacturer; automatic size adjustment with joystick; (4) corner clamps and gun holders; (2) motorized upper assemblies traverse up-and-down, left side beam traverses in-and-out.

Max. cap. pf 30" x 48" w/2" stile, 7" x 5-1/2" min. cap.; clamp pads accommodate 1-1/4" - 3" stile sizes.

(4) Staple Guns, guns shoot 18-gauge 1/2" - 1" long pins into the assembled, squared, and clamped styles & rails; features multi-position staple orientation and adjustable clamping pressure, (6 - 8) Sec. cycle time.

Push button controls w/pneumatic controls and activation for all functions; Heavy Duty welded A-frame construction on a 15° angle for convenient operation.
