The SlipCon Perfection BBDD Brush/Denibbing Sander is a powerful, industrial-grade sanding machine designed for demanding applications such as whitewood, stain, sealer, and primer sanding for traditional and UV coatings. It is particularly effective for working on cabinet doors, face frames, drawer fronts, and other sheet goods.
Sanding Technology: Patented combination of large, counter-rotating spiral hubs (brush sanding rollers) and rotating, oscillating sanding discs.
Sanding width: 43 inches (1350 mm).
Thickness capacity: 2 inches (51 mm).
Motors and Speeds:
Sanding Rollers: Two 2.5 kW (3.4 HP) motors with variable speed (10-300 RPM) and reversible rotation.
Disc Station: 2.5 kW (3.4 HP) motor with variable speed (50-300 RPM) and reversible rotation.
Disc Oscillation: 0.5 kW (0.67 HP) motor with variable speed (10-60 RPM).
Conveyor Belt: 1.8 kW (2.4 HP) variable speed motor (0-15 m/min or 0-45 fpm).
