SHUTTLE TABLE Angular Saw with 169.3" (4,300 mm) Rip cap., 86" (2,200 mm) crosscut cap.; 5.7" (145 mm) max. saw blade projection. 

Each section with its own 30 HP (22 kW) main saw motor, 18.9" (480 mm) dia. main blade; 3 HP (2.2 kW) scoring motor, 7.8" (200 mm) dia. scoring blade. 

AC Servo Brushless saw carriage drive motors, travel speed from 0 - 492 FPM (0 - 150 MPM) forward speed, 492 FPM (150 MPM) return speed, pneumatic pressure beams with precision guide rack & pinion system on both sides. 

Rip Cut Section: 
Machine table with Polyamide gravity rollers on rails to facilitate smooth & accurate infeed of panels; (3) pneumatic front aligners align panels before pressure is applied by the grippers.

Programmable pusher fence with rack & pinion drive system, AC Servo brushless drive motor, travel speed from 0 - 196 FPM (0 - 60 MPM) forward speed, 196 FPM (60 MPM) return speed.

(5) Pneumatically raised-and-lowered material grippers, free floating to avoid material jamming, max. gripper opening 5" (128 mm). 

Transfer Section: 
Middle Buffer Station (MBS) with logic for staggered cuts without interruption of the cut cycle.

Carriage pusher bar with rack & pinion drive moves cut strips over transfer table to the crosscut section, 0.9 HP (0.7 kW) drive motor,

Travel speed from 16.5 - 65 FPM (5 - 20 MPM); pneumatic trap door for automatic ejection of trim strips. 

Crosscut Section:
Machine table with Polyamide gravity rollers on rails to facilitate smooth & accurate feeding of panels.

(4) Robust pneumatic aligner posts & front aligner bar align panels before pressure is applied by the grippers; programmable crosscut pusher fence with rack & pinion drive system, AC Servo brushless drive motor.

Travel speed from 0 - 196 FPM (0 - 60 MPM) forward speed, 196 FPM (60 MPM) return speed, (10) free-floating material grippers, max. gripper opening 5" (128 mm).

Pneumatic crosscut side alignment device align panels against the square fence before crosscutting; (1) side aligner is in front of the crosscut line & (1) side liner is behind the crosscut line.

Both aligners are equipped with rubber coated rollers to keep the strips aligned during positioning. 

Rear Load System:
Rear load infeed conveyor with powered rollers 173" x 87" (4,400 mm xX 2,200 mm) lift table; 10,000 Lbs max. lifting table cap.; max. stack height is 28.7" (730 mm) without pit or risers. 

Off-load System:
Front of the machine with (3) Air flotation tables rounded on the front to prevent scratching 81" x 25-1/2" (2,050 x 650 mm).
