1. Infeed Conveyor: 32"W x 37'L x 36"H, (5) 1/2" powered belts & (4) Dayton overhead dry fans.

2. Barberan "TEV-E-5000/80" Flash-off Tunnel: 20'L, 28"W cap. (approx) The tunnel is composed of a closed room with hot air circulation to ease flash off before the drying process in a continuous lacquering line. The turbine impeller is placed on top of the tunnel. It injects the fresh air through an electric battery and some filters in order to retain the dust of the environment. The air sweeps the tunnel inside starting from the outfeed to the infeed. A powerful fan ejects the polluted air. This must be linked to the customer's exhaustion network.

3. Dubois "Retract C" Intermediate powered belt conveyor: 46"W, 34" x 120"L powered belt.

4. Dubois UV Curing Tunnel: 20'L, 24"W powered belt conveyor

5. Outfeed Conveyor: 43"W, 36" x 162"L Powered belt conveyor

6. Control Panel: Allen-Bradley "PanelView Pus 1250" Touchscreen PLC controller.
