Cartridge glue system w/hopper feed & quick melt feature, automatic magazine for coil, strip & solid edgebanding; HD guillotine for 3 mm PVC, glue applicator nozzle, pressure section with (3) large dia. rollers, each w/individual pneumatic plunge & pressure control, powered 1st roller with electronic speed control synchronized with chain feed speed.
Double motor end trim (0.5 HP - 300 Cy HF motors), adjustable 0° - 15° for chamfer cuts electro-pneumatically.
Top & bottom flush trim unit (1 HP - 300 Cy HF motors), SIKO digital readouts, tilts 0° - 15°.
Top & bottom fine & radius trim unit (1 HP - 300 Cy HF-motors), bevels 0° - 15°, SIKO digital readouts.
Top & bottom profile scrapers for up to 3 mm thick PVC banding, radius range from 2 - 5 mm, vertical & horizontal tracing shoes, SIKO readouts for easy setup, overhead PVC filter unit.
