(1) Head, 42" cap., 12" min. material length; combination head contact roll & finishing platen.

5-1/2" Dia. contact roll, helicodial grooved and 85 durometer; 2" wide finishing platen w/anti-dubbing device to prevent damages to leading & trailing edges of panels, 20 HP main motor; 43" x 75" abrasive belts with electronic tracking; 1 HP variable feed drive, feed speed of 15 - 65 FPM.

1/4" - 6-1/2" Motorized part thickness adjustment with digital readout & automatic conveyor table postioning w/foot pedal control; pair of rubber surface holddown rollers at in- & outfeed, spring loaded holddown shoe at infeed.

 Motor load meters, automatic brake for rapid shutdown of sanding head, and infeed safety stop bar.
