Ligmatech "MPP-100/10/L1/LA" Case Clamp

Operates with pneumatic clamping pressure & electronic self-setting of clamping units according to cabinet size; cabinets can be processed lying horizontally or standing vertically. The clamping cycle can be timed to interlink with a production line. Working direction is left-to-right; approx. (2) cycles/Min.

Working Capacity:

  • Case Dimensions: Length min. 300 mm (11.8"), max. 2,500 mm (98.4"); case height min. 300 mm (11.8"), max. 1,220 mm (48"); case depth min. 300 mm (11.8"), max. 1,000 mm (39.3')

Clamp & through feed conveyor belt dimensions:

  • Assembly/infeed belt length 2,700 mm (106.3"), clamp length 4,300 mm (169.3", clamp height 4,100 mm (161.4"); working height off the floor is 500 mm (19.7"); feed speed from 8 -40 MPM (26 - 130 FPM).

Clamping System:

  • Horizontal clamping with (3) units; vertical clamping has (1) solid plate operated by (3) pneumatic (double-acting) cylinders from the top.
  • Vertical clamping pressure 17 kN (3,820 lbs.), horizontal clamping pressure 16 kN (3,597 lbs.)force.

 Control System:

  • Built-in operating control console with LCD display. PLC system for programming of cycle time and pressure control.
