The HP-Series is designed primarily for beaded face frames; the machine has separate spindles to haunch, mortise, and tenon.
Set up with (2) Zones for rails and (2) zones for stiles; operator uses color touch-screen to enter program information.
15" Color touch-screen for data input, function controls, and monitoring; 120" zone for stiles, left- & right-hand fence; 12" zone for rails, left- & right-hand fence.
3 HP Spindle for mortise, 3 HP spindle for tenon, 6 HP spindle for haunching.
X-Axis rack & pinion CNC control, Y-axis rotary ball screw CNC control, Z-axis rotary ball screw CNC control.
Pop-up CNC controlled rear fence, Servo controlled fence for edge reference, special clamping and material backer.
