This model is especially equipping symmetry type of oscillation function suited for irregular surface sanding (other designs are available).

Designed for solving irregular or profile surface sanding problems easily and quickly such as sculptured panels, bas-relief or beehive, various profiles of panel inserts, window and raised panel door frames, sculptured doors.

Any type of irregular surface can be sanded easily and quickly. Also, its function can remove the sanding mark, especial for after painting sanding, for fine finish, lacquered sanding such as solid wood, veneer, lacquered panel sanding, and burr cleaning.

The brush can be conveniently and quickly replaced.

All the brush sanding discs / heads oscillate by variable speed adjustment.

The panel pressure device is specially designed to handle small pieces of stock. It requires no vacuum, saving space and cost.

The new machine structure consists of reversible crosswise brush disc, combined with forward running brush permitting cross and longitudinal sanding to be performed simultaneously.

All the brush disc / head can be running forward or reversed with mixed different grits of sandpaper by running two different directions for easy and fast setup. To do rough or fine finish sanding just change the sanding brush direction by the select switch.

The conveyor is controlled by inverter for variable speed also for simple and quick adjustment setup.
