1st Head: Steel contact roll, 7" dia., 30 HP motor; 2nd Head: Rubber covered contact roll, 25 HP motor; 3rd head: Combination head, rubber covered contact roll and 2" wide finishing platen, 18 HP motor.
53" x 103" Abrasive belts with electronic tracking & pneumatic belt tensioning, abrasive belt grit compensation.
Conveyor belt feed with dual feed speed, 4 HP motor, automatic part thickness adjustment, motorized thickness opening via (4) precision conveyor bed jacks with LED readout, 0" - 6-1/4" opening.
Infeed & outfeed spring loaded rubber covered holddown rolls, motor load meters, infeed and outfeed roller conveyor extensions.
