MONCO TB-60 Hot Top & Bottom Laminator with Oil Heated Chrome Plated Rollers:

Specifications: 62" Cap., 1-1/2" max. part thickness, top & bottom laminator with oil heated steel rollers, 14" diam. rollers with 1-1/2" wall thickness; dual rewind rolls with 0.75 HP DC drive motor. 

Variable feed speed from 35 - 106 FPM, 5 HP feed motor. 

Heating System: 48 kW Heating system for the rollers up to 400°F including over-temperature cutoff safety device. Oil circulating pump 1.5 HP and also a 1.5 HP hydraulic system for up to 900 PSI line pressure. 

Solid-State temperature, high limit & cool down controls. 

Safety Features: Manual emergency stop system on all (4) columns to stop the drive & raise the rolls; optical emergency stop at the machine infeed, outfeed conveyor and infeed fence.

Includes 1-Ton Jib Crane & roll lifter
