Drawer Box Drilling Machine
This machine was designed for drilling two holes to the underside front of a drawer box. It is set up for
Blum undermount hardware and will give you precise location of the holes for the front clip. The
machine will drill two 3/32” holes at a 15° angle .907” apart.
To operate the machine, place drawer box on top of machine and against the stops. The roller actuator in
the Top Plate starts the drill. Step on the foot control and a cylinder will extend and hold the box while
the pneumatic drill comes forward and drills the holes. Repeat on opposite side of drawer box and the
cycle is complete.
