The Doucet ESB Panel Sequencer boosts productivity for edgebanders, shapers, sanders, and tenoners by staging multiple panels in its bottom feed magazine for continuous processing. The ESB releases panels automatically once the previous panel exits the "no feed zone" on the edgebander or enables end-to-end feeding on shapers and sanders. Its photocell and PLC manage automatic feed sequencing, with adjustable feed speeds via a variable speed drive. The ESB’s feed hopper accommodates up to 12" thick or 150 lbs of panels, ideal for high-throughput operations. The ESB requires a 110 v.a.c. 15 amp. service.
Options & Specifications:
- ESB-12: features a 12" wide by 36" long feed belt. It is suitable for feeding panels ranging in size from 4" by 10" to 18" by 54" at up to 100 feet per minute
- Sequencing of panels fed width-wise or of panels larger than those described above requires the assistance of an operator
- The ESB is available in right or left-hand feed configurations
