CTD "N80" Double Miter Saw - Toe Kick Machine
4-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 3" Toe notch cap., 4-1/8" x 4" material height miter cap. (staggered blade configuration); (2) 3 HP TEFC - 1,725 RPM saw motors (5 HP available as option), belt driven to saw spindles @ 2,800 RPM.
13" Dia. blade cap.; 1" dia. saw arbors with 3-1/2" saw collars, blades move vertically on linear bearings on 1-1/4" hardened & ground rods; staggered blades and fence set up for toe notching or mitering.
Foot pedal control, magnetic starters; completely enclosed machine base with 6" dust outlet and scrap chute.
Production rate up to (10) strokes/Min., actuation by foot valve with cover.
