Comil/Biesse CF-2000 Feed Through Case Clamp
Automatically self-adjusting Feed Through Clamp with pneumatic clamping pressure and electronic self-setting of clamping units according to cabinet size; cycle of machine can be timed to interlink with production line.
31-1/2" (800 mm) Wide in- & through feed conveyor belt w/special adhesive resistant top surface, variable feed speed 25 - 130 FPM and 19-11/16" working height off floor, special larger feed through opening of 35" instead of 28" standard. Max. clamping width 31-1/2", 11.8" min. - 98.4" max. cabinet length and from min. 4" - 48" max. height cap.
Equipped with: (3) Horizontal dual cylinder pressing bars with movable horizontal support units, center clamping bar with automatic photo eye height control to match up to interior shelf height of cabinet.
(1) Top vertical clamping beam operated by (3) pneumatic, large diameter (double acting) cylinders for clamping pressure & (2) auxiliary cylinders for positioning; electronic readout of the cabinet size with automatic fast positioning of top & side pressure clamping units.
Built-in operating control console with pressure gauges and timer at eye-level height and 2nd operator function control on opposite side; both front and rear of clamp equipped with light beam safety curtain. New FESTO Pneumatics and hoses & wires in flexible wire chain track.
Includes: Integrated 31-1/2" wide x 106" long belt type infeed conveyor and optional 98" long outfeed belt conveyor section with 31-1/2" wide belt and 38-1/2" overall width. Infeed equipped with a 3-position pneumatically adjustable infeed alignment fence for 500, 650 and 800 mm (19-1/2", 25-1/2" and 31-1/2") to facilitate the centering of cabinets.
