0.4 - 8 mm (5/16") Cap. edgebanding thickness, min. panel width 50 mm & min. length 140 mm, panel thickness 10 - 50 mm; automatic strip & coil feed magazine with robust shear type 3 mm PVC guillotine.
Pre-milling station "FI-700" (2.46 HP - 12,000 RPM), digital motor adjustment, PLC intervention.
Hot-Melt glue system "VC-500" (8-10 min. heat up time) with Teflon coated gluepot, digital thermostats with automatic kickdown when machine is in idle mode; 1" Dia. glue applicator roller; pressure section with (1) large dia. "non-stick" coated drive roller & (2) conical idle rollers with pneumatic positioning.
Front & rear end trim "IN-501" (0.33 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), motors travel on (2) straight slides and pneumatic tilt 0° - 15° on horz. plane.
Top & Bottom flush/Fine trim Station (0.74 HP - 12,000 RPM motors), digital readouts for easy setup.
