Industrial PC with DOULOI multi-axis controller, color touch screen, unlimited program storage, changing from program-to-program in seconds; all axis CNC controlled, Y- & Z-axis with rotary screw and nut, X-axis with rack & pinion.
6 HP 18,000 RPM, tenon spindle, 3 HP 24,000 RPM mortise spindle;
Produces between 250 to 400 doors per 8 hour shift with one operator.
