Jenkins "JDM" Dual Spindle CNC Shaper
CNC Controlled Automatic Shaping; Continuous Mode arching capability to calculate arch shape geometry based upon three simple parameters: arch height, shoulder length, and desired fillet radius. Continuous Mode radii are scaled based on automatically measured stock dimensions allowing the shoulder dimension and arch height to remain constant for all possible sizes.
Family Mode programmable template matching capability to produce parts that match components from other shapers and eliminate the need for templates.
Graphical touch screen operator interface; user friendly operator interface utilizes an icon menu system. Operation of the machine is as simple as touching an icon on the screen, loading the wood, and pressing the cycle icon.
(2) Spindle Drive Motors, (1) for conventional cutting, (1) for climb cutting, counter rotating.
14 HP Motor each, 6,000/12,000 RPM spindle speed, HSK-63-F Quick Change Tool Taper.
