This automatic flat line sprayer is equipped 
with one (1) reciprocator in the center of the spray
booth for spraying coatings, stains, base coats
and topcoats on flat or contoured panels

Frame structure in welded and enameled steel
One (1) reciprocating arm in center of booth complete 
with spray gun holders with electronic speed control
Reciprocating arm runs on special guides with 
high precision and hardwearing shoes
Central extraction area completely free span
One (1) independent paint feed circuits. Each circuit 
for 4 spray guns with 4 explosion proof electro valves (spray guns not included)
Only one circuit can operate at a time.
Spray gun atomizing air and paint line feed tube movements
inside of reciprocator, shielded from spray zone
Internal surfaces of booth made in smooth painted panels
shaped in order to avoid, as much as possible
collecting spray dust and for easy cleaning
One (1) hinged inspection door at the side of the booth

Forced air supply into spray cabinet by 2 – 0.5 hp 
fans ensures positive pressure in booth to eliminate contaminants

Includes Step Down Transformer for 230 Volt
