NC Controlled automatic step-by-step, boring, glue injection & dowel insertion into panel components, drawer parts, chair pieces, etc. at random spacing.

X-axis work area,1300 mm (51"). Y-axis, (depth)max. 40 mm (1.57"), Z-axis (thickness manual setting)max. 40 mm (1.57") -setup for 8 mm dia. x 40 mm long max. dowel dimension; positioning speed 164 FPM (50 MPM).

PC Controller, flat screen color monitor, industrial keyboard, mouse; USB port; bar code scanner; (4) working zones, retractable center fence, useful for processing smaller parts like drawers, stretchers etc.

(2) 1-HP NC controlled horizontal drilling unit, gluing and (1) dowel insertion unit.
