Morbidelli Cyflex HP CNC Machine

Flexible "Vertical" Machining Center that can reach movement speeds of 229 FPM (70 MPM) in "X" axis, 131 FPM (40 MPM) in "Y" axis & 98 FPM (30 MPM) in "Z" axis with total safety. 

Working Capacity: 
Max. part size for "X" axis is 120" (3,050 mm), "Y" axis 51.1" (1,300 mm), max. part thickness 3.7" (95 mm). 
Min part size for "X" axis is 7.8" (200 mm), "Y" axis 1.96" (50 mm), min. part thickness of 0.31" (8 mm); automatic infeed & outfeed from the LH side. 

Boring unit: 
(1) Boring block with (2) 3 HP (2.2 kW) motors, variable seed up to 8,000 RPM; (24) Independent vertical spindles, 
(2) NC controlled "Split Heads" with (12) independent spindles, (7) in "X" axis & (5) in "Y" axis: The "Split Heads" are independent of each other in the "Y" axis.
