Omec "650-M" Dovetail Machine

1-Spindle cuts male & female dovetail (English type) in (2) joining drawer parts in (1) cutting cycle; spindle head manually operated from slot-to-slot, accommodates both through-style and half-blind dovetails; 1 HP - 3,450 RPM motor, cutter speed of 16,500 RPM. 

2-3/8" Depth of cut, 1-1/2" & 15" max. working width, 3/8" - 2" max. material thickness for fronts & backs, 3/8" - 3/4" max. thickness on sides. 

Special 4-sided cam that produces dovetails on 0.98" - 1-5/7" - 1.97" & 3-1/5" centerlines and enables unique custom designs; special eccentric spindle enables the same cutter to make joints ranging in height from 1/3" min. to 11/16" maximum. 

Left & right side fences/stops, pneumatic horizontal hold down, magnetic starter with overload
