2-Head, 51" width cap. - 1st Head: 11-1/2" Dia. rubber covered contact roll, 24 HP motor; 2nd head: Pneumatic finishing platen 2-1/2" wide, 18 HP motor. 

52" x 75" Abrasive belts with air jet tracking. 

Conveyor belt feed with variable feed speed 10 - 50 FPM, motorized thickness conveyor bed adjustment with indicator. 

SANDOMATIC control with lever operated start and stop of conveyor belt and raise and lower of conveyor feed bed. 

Spring loaded infeed & outfeed holddown shoes on both heads, 0" - 6" thickness opening, 18" infeed conveyor area, emergency stop button, main motor disc brakes and motor load meters.
