Biesse "Brema EKO 2.1" Vertical CNC Machining Center (2015)

Flexible "Vertical" Machining Center that can reach movement speeds of 164 FPM (50 MPM) in "X" & "Y" axes & 98 FPM (30 MPM) in "Z" axis with total safety. 

Max. part size for "X" axis is 125.9" (3.200 mm); "Y" axis 49.2" (1,250 mm), max. part thickness 2.36" (60 mm).

Min part size for "X" axis is 7.8" (200 mm), "Y" axis 1.37" (35 mm); min. part thickness of 0.31" (8 mm); automatic infeed & outfeed from the LH side. 

(1) 4.2 HP (3 kW), BH22 Boring block with "QUICK CHANGE" spindle system; variable speed from 1,500 - 7,500 RPM,

(13) Vertical spindles with (1) shared spindle: (7) Spindles in "X" axis & (7) spindles in "Y" axis.

(4) Horizontal spindles with: (2) (1+1) in "X" axis & (1) (1+1) horizontal spindle in "Y" axis.

(1) 4.2 HP (3 kW), 9,000 RPM "X" Axis grooving saw for max.120 mm saw blade dia.
