Designed for solid wood and thick veneer
3-Head, 1,100 mm (43") maximum working width.
1st Head: Rubber covered contact roller 240 mm (9.4") diameter. Shore hardness 85 (approx), driven by 25 HP motor, abrasive belt speed 24 m/Sec. (79 FPS).
2nd Head: Rubber covered contact roll 240 mm (9.4") diameter. Shore hardness 40 (approx). Driven by 20 HP motor. Abrasive belt speed 20 m/Sec. (66 FPS).
3rd Head: Rubber covered contact roll 320 mm (12.6") diameter. Shore hardness 24 (approx). Driven by 15 HP motor 14 m/Sec (46 FPS).

Roller and pressure shoe hold downs.
Vacuum conveyor system. 4 HP motor variable speed belt drive from 11 - 52 FPM.
Material thickness range 3 - 160 mm (0.1 - 6.3").
Pneumatic feed conveyor tension; constant pass-line with height adjustment (for varying material thickness) with digital read-out, driven by 0.75 HP motor for the upper section.
Machine control system: PLC processor control with sequential motor startup and storage for multiple sanding programs.
Idle infeed and outfeed rollers
