Pinske Edge "5200" Drawer Notcher
The Pinske Edge Drawer Notcher is designed to notch and drill your cabinet drawer boxes for undermount hardware quickly and easily – the process takes approximately 10 seconds per drawer!
Cut the notch and drill the hole by setting your drawer box over the cutter and activating the drill. By activating push buttons and stepping on a foot control, the cutter rises at the same time the drilling is taking place. There is a safety switch that will only allow this process to happen if the drawer box is properly located. A 3HP 3-Phase motor, available in 208-230 or 460 Voltage, operates at 3450 RPM and rotates the cutter at 4000 RPM. A totally enclosed motor is standard. The speed at which the cutter is raised can be adjusted to suit your requirements. The rest of the machine is pneumatic driven. The hardware mounting hole is drilled with a hi-speed air drill with a solid carbide (.250″) drill bit that was specifically designed for drilling wood. It requires 80 PSI and dust requirement of 430 SCFM. This machine is also set up to accept 4″ diameter dust collection.
32" x 48" Table, Back fence, Foot pedal operation
